Can eBay Find its Way After Years of Mucking
Along? |
A couple of years ago I thought eBay would be well on its way
to conquering the real estate buying and selling niche. Today
(july 08) I think my projections were wrong. eBay just can't
seem to get the real estate thing right. Below, is what I wrote
two years ago.
**********
eBay is on its way to becoming one of the
leading real estate forums in the world and is striving to
dominate the market. The knowledge of how to use eBay Real
Estate to your advantage can provide you with some distinct
advantages over traditional means of marketing real estate.
eBay is one Internet based company that is leading the charge
in displacing the local realtor and their 6% commissions. (But,
there are ways for brokers to use eBay Real Estate AND retain
their commissions.) These trends are unstoppable, the “bricks
and mortar” approaches of the past are losing their influence
as more and more buyers and sellers migrate to the
Internet.
eBay has established a wonderful platform for buyers and
sellers of real estate and you need to take advantage of this
great marketing tool.
Simply stated, if you aren't already using or getting ready to
use eBay as part of your real estate investing toolkit, you are
missing out on one of the most powerful real estate sales and
marketing resources available, and our techniques show you how
to do it all with no risk.
eBay has been trying to become one of the leading real estate
forums and is working to dominate the market. (But, they have a
really screwed up their approache and have botched their
efforts so far.)
By knowing how to use eBay Real Estate to your advantage you
will have have extra strategies in your investor toolkit and
have some distinct advantages over the traditional means of
marketing real estate.
